And now for something a little bit different. On June 5th, the United States Postal Service issued the stamp shown above to honor Johnny Cash. The first day of issue ceremony was held in Nashville, Tennessee at The Ryman Auditorium. There were the usual speeches, but after all the speeches were done, there was music. Playing at the ceremony that day were John Carter Cash, Larry Gatlin, Randy Travis, Marty Stuart, Jamey Johnson, The Roys, John Schneider, Tommy Cash, Joanne Cash Yates, Lisa Matassa, Bill Miller and The Oak Ridge Boys.
